The fair value of a private fund cannot be directly observed; our estimates are produced by models from data and assumptions and are not prices, appraisals, audited values or guarantees of any value. They may differ materially from values reported by fund managers or realized in any transaction.

Quality controls
Our estimation process includes automated quality controls designed to detect model results that do not meet our standards. Where a result does not pass, a simpler, well-established estimation method may be used for that period. Quality controls reduce but cannot eliminate the risk of error.

Some Content, including accuracy statistics, is based on simulated funds, historical data or back-tests rather than live client results. Simulated and historical results have inherent limitations and do not guarantee future results.
